What is the status of my connector certification

I submitted an update for my organizations connector some months ago. I had been tracking the progress of the certification on ISV and completed the testing. Since that time, ISV studion has been removed. I now no longer know what the status of the certification is. Do I have to resubmit of recertify?
According to the documentation, the current process is to sign in to the Partner Center and select Marketplace Offers. This option does not appear to me when I sign in to the Partner Center. What am I supposed to do?

I have been trying to use the new process for something like 5 weeks and it's been a nightmare.
Following the guide leads to dead ends due to options not being available or things just not working. I have also had issues with the partner center due to permissions for the "publishers". In the end I sent Microsoft an email and they flicked some switch on their side that allowed me at least prepare my connector package. But I am now stuck again as the "publish" button does not work and the "help" links go to "page does not exist".

I can't believe that they shut down the ISV studio without having a proper alternative.
The partner center is such a confusing and/or buggy mess. I can't even tell if I am missing some permission or if it is just broken.

Trying to navigate this new process has been the most frustrating undertaking in my career.
That said, good luck. Please let me know if you manage to get anything done in the partner center.

Have you been able to resolve this issue? I was bale to submit my custom connector for certification, but it has been stuck on the Certification stage for 1.5 months! Any pointers would be helpful.

Not sure if this helps but I was stuck in Certification (without using ISV) for several weeks, and had ongoing communication with Support. In the end, what worked was submitting from an account that:

Was associated with an Azure Active Directory account, and

Had the Contact Info -> Email field populated

Both of these were directly recommended by the support specialist team, but aren't described anywhere in documentation that I could find, which to me suggests that it's a known bug with the process. Once I made these changes to the submitting account, I was able to move out of Certification within a few days.

Make sure your account has the Owner or Manager + Developer roles in Partner Center. You can check this from Partner Center in Home -> Account settings -> User management:

Without these roles, Marketplace Offers won't appear.
