Outlook Permissions

For a Power App I created, I used two flows:

  1. Outlook Create Event (v4)
  2. Outlook Send an Email (v2)

During testing I noticed the following flow permissions:

  1. Read your user profile
  2. Read, update, and delete your mails
  3. Send mail as signed in user (you)
  4. Create read, updated and delete events
  5. Create read, updated and delete contacts

Is there anyway I can customise the above permissions to take away the deletion of mail, events and contacts. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Ryan,

These permissions represent the scope of what actions the Outlook connector can perform in Flow. There is no way to customize this list; however, you do not need to worry about deleted emails, events, contacts etc. unless you build a flow that does specifically that. Another user cannot build flows that would alter your own inbox if that's what you're worried about.

    I hope that helps!
