Hi,

My flow is sending an attachment it pulls from SharePoint to 4 approves. The document shouldn't progress to the next approver until the we have the response from the other approver and so on. My previous flow worked but it sent the approval to all individuals are the same time. I changed the approval type to Start and Wait for Approval - Accept/Reject - First to Respond but any tests I have done have failed repeatedly and I cant see any error. It gives this error code for the Approval section:

I believe that you are seeing the issue because item link (where you have file content) is intended for a URL - i.e. a link to an item.

To attached a file, click on Show advanced options and supply the File name and content in the Attachments area.
