I have made a copilot agent using copilot studio, after publishing, I added my colleagues in the share window. Then copied the link from availability options. They are not able to add it in their teams app and it's giving Bad Request. Can anyone help me with this?

    If possible, capture:
    • The full error message.
    • Browser developer console logs (F12).
    • Teams client logs.
    • The correlation ID (if one is displayed).
These details can help identify whether the issue is caused by authentication, permissions, app installation policies, or a platform-related problem.

In most cases, the root cause is one of the following:
    • Users do not have access to the Power Platform environment.
    • The Teams channel was not properly published.
    • Teams admin policies are blocking the app installation.
    • The agent is running in a Developer/Trial environment with sharing restrictions.
If you can share the exact "Bad Request" message, whether the users are internal or guest users, and the type of environment (Developer, Sandbox, or Production), it will be easier to narrow down the cause.

The ConnectorAuthorizationError is the key one. This means the agent is using a connector (like SharePoint, Dataverse, or a custom connector) and the connection credentials don't work for your colleagues when they interact with the agent.

When you built the agent, the connections were authenticated under your account. Your colleagues have the agent shared with them but the underlying connections are still yours. When they trigger an action that uses a connector, it tries to use your connection in their context and fails with authorization error.
Fix: in Copilot Studio, go to the agent's connections and check whether they're set to use your credentials (maker credentials) or end-user credentials. Switch to end-user credentials so each user authenticates with their own account when they interact with the agent. They'll be prompted to sign in once and then the connection works under their identity.

The SystemError is likely a cascade from the same authorization failure.

    Best regards,
