Calendar availability export/sharing

Hi all,

I am often asked for my availability for a call or meeting. This is normally coming from people that do not have access to my diary.

I always end-up reviewing my diary for the week and manually writing a list of days/times where my diary is free.

could I automate this task, by like click a button, select the days I would like to propose and automatically export the free time frames?

I am using the Outlook calendar.

Thanks

I found an Outlook Add-In called BookMe.  When you create an email and then click on BookMe in the menu bar, you're given the option to choose one or more dates and then it will paste your availability into the email. You may want to check that out.

I've also created an MS Bookings site that I can send people to who want to book an appointment. Maybe some of that will help.

    Hi, unfortunately no.

This is nice to have on my list. I have limited time allocated to explore the development of a workflow or solution. For this one would be great if something would be out there ready for use.

I've been following your topic....I'm searching for the same thing. Have you made any progress on this?
