Dear all,
I have a customer, for which I've created several Power Automate flows.
After the project was complete, I have requested from the customer to reset the users password, in order to avoid the responsibility with the real customer data.
Af course after a while the flows stopped, due to Auth error for the SharePoint, Teams, Exchange connectors.
For sure, after I requested the customer to provide me with the password(to troubleshoot), I have reconnected the connectors.
I've red several articles on the topics, but I would like to see what is the best approach in this situation.
My idea is to enable MFA on the user with the customers phone number, and be able to login to the account only with his knowledge. Is that the correct way you deal with that king of cases?
Most Sincerely,
Probably it will be best to teach the customer how to maintain the connections himself.
Our case is a bit different as we develop some stuff in-house with our own developer team and only buy things that are to big for us to make them ourselves from consultants.
In those cases we setup the connections ourselves together with the consultant.
