Changing Email Sender address

Is there a way to change the email sender address?

It doesnt make sense that emails are being sent from the flow creator.

It would be nice to gather the creator email address and have the flow send an email from this address.

Is this something that will be resolved?

    Hi @ jbarraza,

I have made a test on my side, the flow would use the “Send an email” action's connection account as the sender of the mails.

If you would like to gather the creator email address and have the flow send an email from this address, you could submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

There is an action for Office 365 Outlook that allows you to send email from a shared mailbox, to which your account (as the flow owner) has permission to send from.

Otherwise, what we did, is that the flow owner is a service account with an Office 365 mailbox, and it is then the sender of all automated (read Flow) mails 🙂

Hope the above helps you, kind regards, John
