outlook flag and create Todoist task for OUTGOING email message

There is an existing flow that will create a Todoist task if you flag a message in your inbox, but it doesn't seem to work if I flag an outgoing message (in a new email window) for followup.

Sometimes I like to create tasks based on messages I send - without going into outlook sent folder and flagging it.

Hi @chadtSB,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. My flow's configuration as below:

The Folder field of the trigger ("When an email is flagged") set to Sent Items folder of your mailbox.

When I flag an outgoing message (in a new email window), the flow works successfully as below:

Please take a try with above solution that I provided, then check if the issue is solved on your side.

can't get the connection to work with Todoist now, getting this error when I try and create project id:
