Hi!

I have a Sharepointlist view with only two columns that I want to export all the data to a CSV file.

My flow is very basic and works. But for some reason the CSV file starts at first with a customer not followed by alphabetic order. Then after that customer it skips like 200 rows before next customer appears and so on. What is wrong? Is there something with the sharepoint list or have I missed something in the flow?
See pictures, please help!

Can you tell my why you have the Get lists action?

Selecting a view in a Get items action only limits the columns that are returned.  Things like sort order and filters are ignored.  You need specify the sort order in the Get items action.

Can you explain more about what you mean by skipping rows?

Also, Get items returns only 100 items by default.  To return more, go to settings for the action, turn on pagination and set the threshold up to 5000 (more if you have a premium license).

Hi and thx for fast reply.

Haha sorry, I had forgot to remove the get list action.

The sorting seems to work, but still it goes down to row 664 before it begins with customers. All other rows before is just filled with a comma. Any ideas whats wrong? See picture.
