Error trying to use Dataverse knowledge for generative answers

I have added a Dataverse knowledge source and now try to use this knowledge source in a "Create generative answers" node. Unfortunately, this produces the following error message:

"Authentication must be enabled to use Microsoft internal websites."

See as well attached screenshot with my setup and error message.

I tried to solve this by switching from "No authentication" to "Authenticate with Microsoft" in the Security Settings. But I still get the error. Plus, it's strange that the error mentions a Microsoft internal website despite the fact that I have only one single knowledge source which is not a website but instead a Dataverse instance.

What else could I do to get rid of the error?

Additional info: I am using Copilot Studio in trial mode for the moment. This means, I am only able to create agents and Dataverse instances in the Default or Trial environment because in trial mode your are not able to create Sandbox or Production environments with a Dataverse instance. But I would not expect that the error above is a result of my selected environment.

Double-check both Copilot Studio’s general security settings and the specific “Create generative answers” node settings to ensure they’re both set to "Authenticate with Microsoft.

Remove the Dataverse knowledge source from the setup and re-add it, ensuring that all permissions are refreshed. This can sometimes clear up misconfigurations.

You are writing that I have to set "Authenticate with Microsoft" not only on the overall agent level (via "Settings->Security->Authentication") but also on the level of the "Create generative answers" level.

I have done the first but I don't see any possibility to set "Authenticate with Microsoft" on the node level. I didn't know this option exists on the node level. Can you please tell me where exactly I can do this on the node level? Please see the following screenshot of the "Create generative answers" node which does not seem to have any "Athenticate with Microsoft" option.
