Did anything change with the Email with Approval action? I am now noticing that flows that have this now have automatically proceeded through the entire flow without any user interaction at all (i.e. meaning the intended recipient never clicked on it, the flow just went right ahead with assuming they clicked on any given button), and this is extremely problematic because we use this in tasks involving outreach consent.

*RESOLVED: IT Policy was implemented to check all outgoing links for cybersecurity purposes.
