PDF adjustment on (every )page, without AI Builder

Hello,

 

I want to hide a piece of text on a pdf which is on every page at the same position. So I want to place something over the text and generate a new pdf. Or remove it from the pdf and generate a new pdf. Do you have any solutions/ideas on how to solve this?
