Flow with OneDrive

Hi guys,

I have a flow that creates a document based on an items information in a SharePoint list.

The flow starts with the "For a Selected Item" trigger and gets the element, populates a word template and then creates the file in a OneDrive library.

However, it only works for me.

When I try to activate the flow it works perfectly and follows all the steps within seconds, no problem. However when someone else triggers the flow from the list, it "doesn't" work. That being said it says that it worked fine and that it followed all the steps, however no file is created in the list.

This for example cannot be found in the OneDrive Library, evene though it says that it was created and even has the right path:

It is my OneDrive Library that it is transfering this document to, is that where the issue is. I have made the library public to everyone, and shared the flow with the other people testing it?

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks
- Tobi

    Hey @Anonymous

You could just create that word file in another SharePoint library instead of your personal OneDrive.

So you don't have to worry about making your OneDrive public.

    Hope this helps

    Kind regards

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share the other users' output of the Create File action?

You said it is worked fine and no error, but whether it has output?

    Hey @Anonymous

If you need to convert them you can just create and convert using the OneDrive actions and copy the pdf to a SharePoint library so end users don't need to access your personal OneDrive.

So you create convert that file with OneDrive actions and then copy to a SharePoint library and at the end you delete the file(s) on your OneDrive that you've just created.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards

    Tom
