Power Automate Flow is Running Slow

Hi All, I hope you are doing well.

We have developed a flow using Power Automate, this flow is built to update entity information once an entity is created on Dynamics 365 CRM, it is supposed to update the ID, and place the customer name in a field we created, and after this step it is supposed to create a project related folder on SharePoint, and then update the row to add the folder's link to the entity, without any reasons, some times the flow gets extremely slow that it takes up to 53 Min to complete the run, what could possible be the issue reasons and what could be a possible solution, we use the data after update in an integration that verifies each 3 minutes for any new trigger, we need to ensure that the flow runs and update the fields in less than 3 minutes.

It sounds like you are being throttled.  Is the flow owner running a premium license?  Slow, intermittent flows typically always leads to licensing.

In your flow information screen you can review a recently completed run and see exactly which actions took a long time to complete:

Click on the timestamp (highlighted) to open a recently completed run. Then expand each action to see how long each one took. Using this method you can find the specific action(s) that are running slowly.

Please reply with the results you find about which actions are taking the longest so we can better help diagnose the issue.

Thanks for the follow up and the chart. To clarify, the columns represent the total time of all actions of that type, and the numbers are in minutes, correct?

The <3 min implies that you should consider moving critical, time-sensitive logic into Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions +service bus. If I were you, I would do that.
Provide a robust solution for CRM is crucial for the business.
