How to embed a gauge into an automated email flow?

Hi Community!

I have a published report that automatically filters its data based on the logged in user. Inside this report, I have a gauge that updates based on the user as well. I would like set up a flow that sends this gauge to its respective users via email. At the moment I manually take screenshots of the gauge and add it to each email before sending.
 
What would be the best way to set this up?
