how to remove blank spaces automatically when new email arrives

My below flow i have used below expressions based on the indexes for predefined email template especially body.

Issue is if there are any spaces unknowingly then im not sure the below formula is getting broken. Kindly help how to remove empty spaces for the below email formats when new email arrives as per below

    Hi @Veblitz 

     

    Use replace('current string', 'text to replace', '') where '' has no spaces so it just removes it

    replace('current string', 'text to replace', '')

    how to use the below formula in this expression or do we need to modify etc

    variable 3 expression :last(split(outputs('Compose_2')[6],': '))
    variable 4 expression: last(split(outputs('Compose_2')[8],': '))
    variable 5 expression: last(split(outputs('Compose_2')[12],': '))

    I'm not able to remove invisible blank spaces and unnecessary characters using replace function.please advice
