How can users subscribe to my flow with their connexions ?

I created a flow which

  • from my outlook calendar, keep all my "all day" event with a showAs in (oof, workingElsewhere)
  • fill a table in specific excel

This excel have as objective to verify the occupancy rate of the floor (during the Covid).

Now, i want all the people of my company use this flow to complete this excel.
Currently, the connections are mine (Outlook, Office user, Excel).

To share my flow doesn't allow the other users to create their connection.
To export my flow doesn't allow to correct bugs in only one flow

How can users subscribe to my flow with their connexions ?

Regards,

    Hi @clement_digipos

Outlook calendar is personal to individuals so you won't be to share this to everyone.

Currently creating an event in a shared calendar is not supported by Power Automate.

Think about creating a PowerApp for this?

    Thanks

    No.

I don't want "create an event in a shared calendar" because if we have someone with Covid, I must communicate to every people who was present in the floor.

I want only monitor the number of presence on the floor and to react if we are too many about the size which respect the occupancy rate defined by my company for the Covid.
It seem more simple for people to use their outlook rather than to fill the same excel.

    Hi @clement_digipos

Then your only option is individually all users has to created their own flow and insert the details to a shared Excel sheet stored in a Onedrive/SharePoint or something.

    Thanks
