We have a shared inbox that has a number of sub folders, we need to back this up (retrospectively) regularly (daily/weekly) to move a copy of the email and it's attachments to a SharePoint list. Outlook doesn't meet our records management policy which is why we want to copy the messages to our SharePoint which will meet requirements.
Is this possible or can a flow only move from one folder to another? Can I set up dynamic folder selections?
