Hi everybody, I created a form ( in microsoft form) with a lot of section ect. However , i want the user to be able to add or delete new data. After some researchs , i found out that i can ( maybe) do it in Microsoft Power App . However , i can't seem to be able to import the form that I created in PowerApp ( with all the images ect).

Here are my questions :

1- Can we have a list of data with images ( like in forms )

2- To create section like in forms do I have to create multiple pages

3-Will my list change in PowerApps if the user add data

all the data will be transfered to a Power BI report

Thanks a lot for your help and have a great day 🙂

    Hi @Anonymous

To display images in PowerApps, you could use the Gallery control, which could show multiple records from your data source: Gallery control in Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

To display image in gallery and have some ideas and designs, please kindly look at some references have found for you:

Power Apps Gallery Design Ideas - YouTube

How to Use and Design the Gallery in Microsoft Power Apps - YouTube

How to display images within Power Apps from a SharePoint list? - EnjoySharePoint

You could use one screen with all the information displayed like designing the apps below:

Create a detail gallery in a canvas app - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

Or create multiple screens based on your own needs and preference.

When your data source has changed, please remember to refresh the data source in PowerApps by clicking on the right navigation pane > Data sources > Refresh.

More reference could be check here:

Solved: Power App Data Refresh - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

    Hope it helps!

    Best regards,

    Sylvia
