I need to send approvals for invoice request. I have used "Send and wait for approval" to sen request in Approval App. But I need customization - comments should be optional while approving, but it needs to be mandatory while rejecting the invoice.
Question - I believe any customization will require Adaptive Cards. If so, I tried creating adaptive cards for it, but I need to send it in Approvals app itself, not through bot flow. Is this possible to achieve and how?
