I work in Presales and have used MS Bookings to create a way of the Sales team booking our time for demos and calls based on the team's availability.
I've added a custom question where Sales can enter the name of the prospect or customer the calls relate to. When the meeting invite comes through it just shows the name of the 'service' in the meeting title - e.g. "Demo - 1 hour".
I'd like to append the response to the custom question so it shows up as "Demo - 1 hour - XXXXXX" (where XXXXXX = response to custom question).
This will just make everything go a bit smoother and means when looking at our diaries, we know exactly what each meeting invite relates to.
Can anyone offer advice on how to get this working??
