Are you referring to a Shared Drive that is on Premise, or in the Cloud?

If you search this site or Google, you will find examples for both.

If its promise, you need to use the OnPremise Data gateway to access the file.
Then setup a Scheduled Flow that will run every X days or hours or whatever you want.

Also, it will depend on the size of the file as files that are beyond a certain size will not be able to be copied this way.

If you can please provide more details.

If OneDrive and SharePoint are both in M365, your Flow should look like this:

    Please note the following:
The file must already exist in the SharePoint library for this Flow to work
The file size must be no larger than 100 MB
I am using the OneDrive for Business Connector (different than the OneDrive connector)
I have the trigger configured to run once a day

Please let me know if you have additional questions.
If this works for you, please accept this as the solution
