What are the differences between those 2 actions; "Http with Microsoft Entra ID" Vs "Http with Microsoft Entra ID (preauthorized)":-

mainly if we want to call Microsoft graph apis?

    It depends on the Graph API end point that you need to access.
    The preauthorized version is already setup to access certain endpoints and you cannot configure it to access missing end points.
    The other version is not configured to access anything. And you need to configure and authorize it to access given end points yourself. But it allows you to configure missing endpoints from the preauthorized version. You need to configure this one via PowerShell Script.
