Hi,
In my flow I have a blank attachment in the approval request --how do I either get rid of that or put something there so our approvers won't be confused?

Where are you seeing the original screenshot? Is this in the Approval app in Teams? or somewhere else?
Yes, I am seeing that in the Teams approval pop up.
There is an existing bug in the Teams approval app which prevents it from showing attachments unless the approval is created in Teams. MS has been actively trying to fix it. This may be a side effect of that work. It should clean itself up eventually. I don't think there is anything you can do about it at the moment. If you see it elsewhere that would be an issue. But if the blank attachment link is only showing in Teams then its part of an active bug.
