I have a basic approval workflow , getting the Approver's UPN and then triggering email for approval . But the flow errors out with the message - GraphUserDetailByEmailMultipleFound'. Error Message: 'Found multiple matching users
I cannot fix the Active Directory issues . Is there a workaround to fix this? Thank you!

Take a look at the Approval action and use the Mail output of the Get User Profile action for the approver.

Hi, @ScottShearer.I'm already using this solution and still the error persists.
I think there is no other solution than getting rid of the mail duplicates in Azure Active Directory.
Problem solved by passing the id instead of the email.
