Hi,

I am looking for some help with a power automate flow as part of my work. I'm a beginner with power platform I am unable to get resolution.

In an international shipping application (Canvas app),

1. The requestor who wants to ship parts from US to another area across the globe fills the form in screen 2 with necessary details of consignee and consignor addresses, email ids and phone numbers, these details are stored in SharePoint list 1.

2. The requestor also fills the attached excel template in power app screen 3 with the details of parts shipping, these details are stored in SharePoint list 2 (may contain repetition of items like 4-5 parts or more).

3. There are excel invoice templates stored in a SharePoint folder.

4.  The Power Automate flow should work like to pull a template from a SharePoint folder and fill the data from SharePoint list 1 and SharePoint list 2 and save it with new name in a specific folder in SharePoint site by clicking on the button in PowerApps.

5.  Where I need help is, we don’t want to use excel template there. Looking for an alternate options like HTML to PDF or WORD to PDF. Please suggest which one would be better.

I tried to work with word template, and it requires premium access.

I have been trying to work it out for long time, it would be grateful if anyone can help me with this.

Thanks a lot!
