how to copy one colums of the excel file to one colum of another excel file ?

I have two excel file?

I need  copy one colums of the excel file to one colum of another excel file。

    Launch Excel

    Get First Free Row on From Column

    Select Cells (From Col 1 to From Column %FirstFreeRow - 1%)

    Copy selected cells

    Launch Excel

    Select/Activate Cell (To Column and Row 1)

    Paste
