Custom Connector Connection Problem

Hi everyone, I have one problem while creating custom connector to Power BI. I am using the developer account from Microsoft. 

 

I followed the steps from the following two guides:

1) https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Community-Blog/Realtime-Power-BI-Report-from-SharePoint-Data-using-Power/ba-p/700590

2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEZIbXB2-Js

 

However, I got the following message when trying to test the connection:

Please help.
