copilot not following steps in a condition

Hi All,

I am experimenting a weird behavior in copilot studio.

1) i am testing if a global variable (userEmail) is blank or not
2) if variable is NOT blank, then ask user to confirm if email is correct.

Testing on the right side shows that copilot is asking me to confirm email is correct .. which is weird as the flow chart seems to indicate that copilot of following the branch where variable is blank

note in the question step, copilot is supposed to display the email .. but since it is empty . nothing shows.

I tried different combination of test (is blank, is equal to blank()), always ending with the question step to be activated.

any idea?

Can I ask what happened on this? I have a solution for one person (I believe) but not sure it would work for you.

Did you ever figure it out?

I dont recall finding the reason why / solution ..

in any case, I moved to something else, so if you share any solution, I wont be able to confirm if it solve my problem, but it could help someone else ...
