I've a simple question. I know that Access is not a working connection for Power Automate.
I've an Access DB that works with linked sharpoint lists. We prefer to use Access to input and check data instead of SP because of the possibility to design the form (we need combobox to rapidly filter the records) and query as we need.
I need to create a workflow that create a task on planner for each record that is been created or modified on a particular list.
According to the first test we have done, the workflow seems to work only if the record is created or modified directly from the SP. When we create the record form Access instead, it's been recorded in the SP list but doesn't activate the flow.
1) Is there any workaround for this (parameter to set or something else)?
2) Do you think we should leave Access and use it just to query data?

I just ran a quick test where I have a Flow that runs when an item is created or changed on a SharePoint list. I updated the list directly in SharePoint and also from Access and the Flow ran in both cases.
Can you verify that the list was actually updated by viewing the item in SharePoint when you updated if from Access?
Please note that Flows can take 5 minutes or more to run (depending on your license).
