I have set up a flow where some excel data is copied into the body of an email as an HTML table. I can see that a new column called ItemInternalId is added on. I want to figure out a way to remove it before it is printed out in the email body.

Before your Create HTML Table action, use a Select action to choose only the array items you want and run the Create HTML Table action on the output of your Select.

The issue I have is that the number of items in the table isn't fixed. It is constantly updated.

The Select action chooses which columns you will see, not which data points. As your Excel file is updated and the flow runs, the Select will still grab all of the data points for the selected columns.

There's also a Filter Array action that will filter out data points from an array, but that's not what I'm recommending.
