hello,
I am trying to set up an automatic task creator when we receive an email on a shared box.
I can create the task and update the details to add the email title as the tast title and the body as the description.
But now I want to have an automatic email to the sender when the task is assigned to someone with the contact detail. I only found 'when assigned to me'.
Any idea how I can make this work?
