Adding comments into multiple approvals

Posted on by 2

I have created a process in Power Automate that requires information to be approved by several parties in succession and I want to include any "comments" made from each approval into the next approval.

I have achieved this on the second approval, so when there is a comment made on the first approval it inserts into the information of the second approval, however this doesn't seem to work for the third approval.

Essentially I want all the comments from each approval to feature in the last approval but I keep getting an error in the third approval.

Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

@Pauline1 Please share your flow screen. are you storing comments in a variable and then passing it to approval?

Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Mark as Solution' if my post answered your question.

@Pauline1  Please try to store approval comments in a variable and then use them in Approval body. That will remove unnecessary looping.

Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Mark as Solution' if my post answered your question.
