How to add a flow to SharePoint context menu

I have created a simple Power Automate flow that triggers for a selected item and I want to have it show up in the SharePoint context menu. A consultant had done it for us in a test/demo tenant, he is no longer available, and I cannot figure out how to do it. Below is what he has done and I want to replicate.

It appears as though the Flows you have highlighted use a "for a selected file" trigger.  The Flows will not appear on the menu unless you have a file selected (only 1).

Also, for users to see the Flow, your users will need to be "run only users".  The easy way to do that is to add the library as a run only user - any user who has contribute access or higher to the library will see the Flow and be able to execute it.

    Hi @ScottShearer ,

When I'm trying to edit the run-only permission for my approval flow, I don't have the option to add the site and list. Do you happen to know why?

    Here's what I get:

    Thanks for your help!

Hi @dagreer33, Not sure if you got the solution already but, you can use For Selected Item trigger for the flow for your document library. After saving the flow you will start seeing that flow name if you right click on selected item.
