Backup a file from a One drive folder and safe to another folder

Hi all,

 

I am looking to create a flow where I can copy a file from a folder and save it to another folder.

 

Whilst saving to another folder, I want to add the date to the file name to track the file as a backup.

 

Any leads will be really appreciated.

    Hi @sgoyal0207 ,

     

    Would you like to manually select a file and backup it in another folder?

     

    If so, you can use the "For a selected file" trigger and get file name as well as file content from the selected file then "create file" in the destination folder.

    Now the thing is to add the date to file name, based upon your need. Basically, you can get the date by formatdatetime(utcNow(),'dd-mm-yyyy') can concat it with the original file name.

    Hi @sgoyal0207 ,

     

    It's a trigger of OneDrive for business connector. Are you using the OneDrive connector? There is no such trigger of OneDrive connector.
