Creating a Feedback Workflow for a Sharepoint List Populated by a PowerApps App.

Hello,

I hava a sharepoint list that is filled through a powerapps app.  The creator of a list item needs to request feedback of the team for the item created.  The feedback request is sent to a different number of people, depending on the item and this step could be repeated multiple times.  The team members vary, depending on the list item created.

I used to handle this situations in classic SharePoint with a feedback WorkFlow, but now I dont know If is there a way to recreate a classic FeedBack workflow using Power Automate (I have never used Power Automate) or if this can be handeled with a HTML Text Input field in PowerApps that fills the SharePoint List with each input.  I imagine I would need to create some kind of flow for this option to let team members know of the request.

Any help on how to recreate a classic sharepoint feedback workflow with Power Automate or any other options is greatly appreciated.

Yes, Power Automate can create feedback workflows. Here are a few example templates:

The Approval Workflow is very similar, and here are a few examples of those templates:

Hello @Brad_Groux , thanks for the information.

I have been looking at it and I dont think I'ts quite what I need, or I probably do not undestand the process.

From what I understood the template flow of your example request a feedback via Email. That is the feedback is recorded in the email. What I want to do is request the feedback via email, but have the feedback recorded in a SharePoint List, like a classic Feedback Workflow used to work.  I need to trigger this action via a Button on a PowerApp.

Do you know of any examples where I can follow the process step by step?

    Thank you very much!

Just delete the step that sends the email in the approval, and change/add a step that updates the Feedback column of the SharePoint List. The Flow order and logic are the same. Templates are just guides to build upon.

If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
