Can Power Automate be used to share internal files with external recipients?

I am evaluating if my client can use Power Automate (via SharePoint) to share files with external recipients. Is this possible? If so, can someone please provide steps on how to set this up. Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    You can use the 'Create sharing link for a file or folder' action 'Link Scope' Anyone with the link, including anonymous;.

    I agree with @CFernandes however you want to be sure that your environment is configured for and allows external sharing - it is on by default.   Many organizations disable this feature for security reasons.

    Here is a link to documentation on external sharing and SharePoint in Office 365.

    Hello Team,

     

    No, this isn't a part of Template but available as a STANDARD action. All you need to do is search for this action by name Create Sharing as shown below.
