I have been experiencing a lot of issues with running a prompt using a file from SharePoint. Converting the file to txt wasn't working, ai builder won't recognize it as a file, it just can't seem to understand the file content in any way. The flow is quite simple, but the file content just seems to break everything below it. It picks up a .docx file from sharepoint, but it doesn't produce anything workable.
The file content you get from Sharepoint is stored as base64 version, which your custom prompt couldn’t understand. To solve this, add another AI builder pre-built model to extract content from documents.
The output will be in natural language which you can then pass to your custom prompt.
