Hello,
i am trying to create a flow that saves the retrieved emails that contains ABC in the subject. in addition, create a folder for each ABCNumber and save the emails related to each created folder.
I have created the flow, and it is working but when it comes to creating the folder ABCNumber, there should be 4 numbers next to ABC but I am getting only 3 numbers.

What does the email subject looks like? Where is the 1 number missing (from the start or the end)?
Try changing the Get Subtext -actions Number of characters to 8 (from 7). Or start from 3 rather than 4 if it cuts off from the start.

Without seeing an example of your email subject, it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue. However, please keep in mind that the Get Substring action in Power Automate uses a zero-based index. This means you should count 0 as the first character.

You may need to adjust your character position accordingly to achieve the desired result.

    example of the email subject:
    FW: ABC 0151 | SO 12345 | EDFT: NAME NAME NAME NAME- FLARE | TR# ABC-0151-TR 0123

when the folder is created it take the ABC 015, and i wanted it to take the ABC 0151.
i have changed the starting position to 0 and the end to 8 but i am getting and error message:
    Correlation Id: 0cfc6ae8-e605-4214-9e7f-3886cc6ff130
The given path's format is not supported.: Microsoft.PowerPlatform.PowerAutomate.Desktop.Actions.SDK.ActionException: Can't create folder ABC  into

when i create the folder manually it works and i have a full access to the folder location path.

i have changed the starting position to 0 and the end to 8 but i am getting and error message:
I think that's because then it might also take the "FW:" and the folder name can't have ":" in it. Since you have starting position at 0

So keep the starting position 4 and character length 8 so it takes ABC 0151

If you still have trouble share also the Subtext variables value so we can see what its trying to name the folder as
