In modern SharePoint the Modified column will provide the date value but by default it will show time value when the item is created. So next day the time value will be converted to date format.

If you want to see the date and time value then add a additional column and select column type as Date and Time then assign the Modified value to it.

    Hope this will help you.

The column was created but I am looking for some input on how to ensure that the date and time is reflected on the Sharepoint library via the flow.

Been searching but not getting any headway.

    Any advise is highly appreciated!

Hi @newbieguy  - I'm trying to understand your need. What date? The date that the item was created? Last modified? Those are already tracked by SharePoint automatically, and can be showed in the SharePoint view (just unhide them. Let me know if you need help with that.)

    Hi Guys,

    Thanks. I finally got it.

Is there anyway to color the approve word with Green and reject with Red

Is "Approval Status" column Choice type (like Approve/Reject dropdown) ? If yes, edit column and fill color Green for Approval and Red for Reject.
