People picker multi selection to singular rows

Hello there,

I've been having trouble coming up with a viable solution for my problem.

I have a SharePoint list that contains multiple people in one row.

I would like to use PowerAutomate to create a new separate row per colleague in another SP list based on the field in the original SP list.

I 'm not really sure how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kr,

    Hello @Anonymous ,

you can do it if you use only the email of the users to create the item in the second list.

The whole multiple people picker field contains an array with all the users. If you use the whole column, you'll copy the whole array to the second list. But if you use only their email to update the field in the second list, it should add 'Apply to each' automatically and create new item for each user.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for your reply.

How would I approach this technically?

Could you perhaps share an example if at all possible?

    Thanks you.

Use the dynamic content ending with 'Email' to create the new SP item.
