Power App - Notification Alert

Hi,
 
I have a Power Automation scheduled cloud flow in place and I cannot get past this operation what I am trying here is to generate a notification alert via email and teams group to our admin team but I cannot move from this space where it shows LengthRequired where I cannot move from (Image 1).
