Hello,

I have set up a flow where the form info pulls through alongside an email attachment with supporting documents, however the attachment is pulling through but is not in the format where it can open. I can't figure out where I am going wrong. See below -

    Hi , @Berichards97

    Dose your Append to array variable use this template object?

    {
    "Name": "xxxxx.pdf",
    "ContentBytes": "xxxxxxx"
    }

    And you need to check your send an email action put your variable.

    Hello,

    The append is currently set up like the below. Does the attachment have to be in a PDF format?

    Hi , @Berichards97

    It can be all the file type which just need to contain the file extension.

    Can you show the Send a email action you put in your side?

    Best Regards,

    Yueyun Zhang

    Thanks. I've attached below. I seem to have broken it even more now as no attachment is pulling through but no idea why!

    Hi , @Berichards97

    Can you try to convert to the classic mode and re-create your actions to try it again?

    Hello,

    I have done. The Parse JSON is showing as string - do you think this might be affecting it because I read somewhere this needs to be converted.

    Hi , @Berichards97

    Hello,

    Me again, I was just wondering if it is also possible to create the form response in an attachment (so it can be saved to an employee file for example).

    Would like the form response and form attachments to be sent in an email. I can see how you do this in separate flows but can it be done in one?

    thanks,
