Power Automate templates for Forms review and processing

Hello,

I'd appreciate any thoughts on whether there are Power Automate and MSFT Forms templates that would work well for the scenario explained below of if MSFT Forms & Power Automate won't be able to support our needs.

Our team wants to create online applications where the applicant fills out fields, and our team then reviews and accepts the responses or opens some fields for further editing by the applicant. The applicant should also have the ability to attach files, such as PDFs. Additionally, we will be able to easily re-use / duplicate applicants' responses for future online applications so that they won't have to start the application from scratch and can instead re-use their previous responses.

Any thoughts on how to best implement this within the MSFT environment will be appreciated!

In this instance, its best if you actually captured their responses in a Flow, using the Trigger for when a new response is submitted and save it in sharepoint or dataverse so you have it for later. The built in excel file stinks and do not use excel to capture them it has too many caching and performance issues.

    1. You can make the available to external
    2. You can allow them to attach files
    3. You can create the responses in SharePoint, then have a SharePoint form that your internal people use to Review them and make changes or build a Canvas App over the list.
    4. You can access the data from other apps, or export it to other platforms easily to duplicate etc

A lot you can do with the solution you asked about yes.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
