DateDiff shows days in table but incorrect minutes in view

Hi All - I have a calculated column in my table - here is the logic

Everything is great in my table

But when I add that column to a view - it changes to minutes ???

Anyone seen this before and know the fix? I'm sure i just missed a setting or something.  Thanks
