New Portal Comment Form

Hi All,

Any idea which form is showing when add new portal comment on timeline? Because currently it showing only comment and attach file like below:

If I check on Portal Comment form, the main form design is like below:

My intention here is to make timeline like what example I seen from Creating Consistent Communication Using Portal Comments (meganvwalker.com):

Currently, because I can only put comment and attach file when add comment, it always show my user and my portal name (which should be another user name).

Hi @devost ,

If I can understand correctly, you are not able to see Portal comments added from CRM side on your Portal timeline? You can only see what logged in user added directly on Portal timeline. Please confirm or correct me if I missed something.

Hi @saudali_25,

Nope, what I mean is when user added comment directly on Portal timeline, the comment always show "From"= the logged in user who added the comment, and "To" = the Portal name. What I want to do is when user add comment directly from Portal timeline, they can input the "To", so it not show the Portal name on the Portal timeline. Is that possible? Because like what I share on my initial post, when user add new comment, there is only 2 input there, 1 is comment part, the other is attach file part.
