Change Date/Time format (AM or PM)

Dear ExpertUser,

would like to ask how to change the time AM and PM.

 

My convert format code: 

formatDateTime(outputs('Start_and_wait_for_an_approval_Manager')?['body/completionDate'], 'dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm tt')

I want the out is "03/03/2023 03:41 PM"
