It sounds like the variable its referencing is not correct. I would go to the Default solution, look at that Environment Variable and its value.
I would then quadruple check that
1) the other apps really are using that
2) that there are no other conflicting ones
3) that there isnt any issues with permission / sharing
4) verify the internal name of the variable compared to that message and the app
5) I would verify that for that app, what the GUID is by looking under Apps / Details
if the guids dont match then someone may have changed the app (yes even as managed) which did something to change its URL so the name / ID dont match
