Get  UI elements from dynamic websites

Is there a way to get  the same UI elements from dynamic websites?

For example: Get  some information from <select>'table' by a set of websites whose format is www.example-x.com  (x=1,2,3,...)

It seems that for web automation,  we can get some UL elements only on specific website.
