Can someone help me with the roles defined in the MS Power Automate Training Path for the relevant roles for people who will be working in Production Support Roles like:
- First Line Of Support ( L1)
- Second Line of Support (L2) and possibly
- L3 (Developer Role maybe)
What all roles should be persons manning these positions should be trained in as per the MSFT Trainig plan on Power Automate?
Any insights on how the Production Support for Automations is set up, framework, team structure etc. ill be helpful.
